I had the opportunity to read it as a young girl before it was published. The book is moving beyond what words can explain. When I was 16 Ida passed away but she is truly one person that inspired me to be who I am today. She never talked about the things in the book and I knew my grandma long before reading this but once I read it I had so much love and compassion for her drive and faith keeping her strong through all her heartach. She made me be 100% sure there was a God. Love you Grandma!

By Deborah L Warner I am the Granddaughter to Ida Albrecht and I can tell you if you want to read a book that you can not put down this is it. My Grandmother is my Hero she was always thinking of others and her love showed through everything she did. This book has been a God send, we have waited for so many years to finally get it out to the public. Please read and see that our lives and problems are nothing compared to what she lived.
