Trying to figure out the rental market was so overwhelming and this gave me a ton of great insights I would never have been able to get otherwise. Would highly recommend for anyone who is the process of moving to New York, is thinking about moving to New York, or just wants a hilarious read.

Dan was fluid with his advice and I’m glad I picked this up… I'm planning a move to NYC next spring and the book laid out the whole timeline.
