It teaches not to give up no matter what and believe in yourself and your ideas.Beautifully written book and very easy to read. Highly recommend!

New light shed on a neglected part of Armenian history By Papken The book is a historical novel that describes the courage of an Armenian Queen, Parandzem, who was able to stand against the powerful forces of the Persian king, Shabouh. She was reputed to be a very beautiful women, which combined with her courage and intelligence, made her a unique leader in Armenian history, circa 360 AD. The author brings the historical events of that period alive through beautiful storytelling. The book is also a page turner. The best way to describe Parandzem, the beautiful Armenian queen, is as the Armenian counterpart of Jean D'Arc, who sacrificed herself in order to save her people. An English translation is being prepared and should be available within the year.

Author's rich imagination takes you back to Armenian Medieval Kingdom By Karina Thompson While I am still reading it, can't help myself to not review it. I absolutely fell in love with Yeva’s rich imagination…Her descriptions are so vivid that you feel like you can “smell” the situation. The abandoned old woman’s house, the eagle in the sky going after his prey, the beauty of the sleeping Armenian woman…I could not help but to feel that I am right there in that medieval Armenian Kingdom…I don't think there is any other book out there on this interesting time period
