Weinkrantz Osnat Lautman's book reminds us that even in our global, online, always connected world, sometimes when you are dealing with another person at the end of the line, they may not be just like you.You can retain Osnat as a consultant, or now, you can buy her book, "Israeli Business Culture," which is a great read and a terrific primer on Israeli business culture.Even for someone like me, who’s traveled back and forth to Israel for twenty-two years, and makes this magical place the center of my universe, reading Osnat’s book is a gentle and important reminder that being cognizant of, and embracing the differences and similarities, can make all the difference in the world.Highly Recommended.

Second, it is very helpful as I consider how to best approach the Israeli market. Understanding the Israeli culture will give me an advantage, I am sure. I think Lautman should write books for different countries, using her same approach. I would most definitely be interested in reading those too.

Teaches you the reality of this country and the true character of Israelis and the justifications of their actions, both in the business world and the security and political world.I really enjoyed reading this book. True insight. Doing business with Israelis myself, it all put things into perspective. But this book also teaches you a whole lot more on the country, history, people and culture.I really enjoyed reading
