Spiritual Tool for Christian Travellers By Amazon Customer I was searching for a Christmas gift for my sons who have recently graduated from university and have plans to travel abroad. I found Faith Based Travels which was exactly the type of book I was looking for. It is full of Bible verses, encouragement, and examples of specific situations that are very relatable. It is a wonderful guide and devotional to point you to God each day and to enrich your travel experience. My son is currently travelling solo and has found the book to be very helpful. I am thankful for Nicki's desire to write this book and share her experiences to support and encourage backpackers and Christian travellers to keep their eyes on God no matter where they go.

The author has not only used her experiences but those of other friends and family. This means that you have a devotional book woth a large variety of experiences from traveling in different parts of the world and large scope of ideas to help you keep up time with God, whether you are traveling alone, in a group, just seeing the world or on short or long term mission. This book has short and simple devotions that are not complicate, but straight to the point which is time with God.A very worthy purchase for any traveller.

The stories and reflections from each traveller are relevant and thought provoking, and there are lots of tips, prayers and verses. Each day's devotion is short enough to fit in over a coffee or a quick read in a dormitory bedroom, leaving you ready to start the day with a fresh perspective on your day. Would also be an excellent gift for someone about to go on their travels.
