About the Author Michelle Lamphere worked as a hotel executive for more than 20 years in the Black Hills of South Dakota before packing it all in for a life of adventure. It is brief and to the point. I have traveled some in Mexico and the tips about that country are spot on, including cultural differences, dealing with money and banks, laws, lodging, and fuel. The last section of the book, spanish, contains a very practical if brief but very clearly presented guide to useful phrases.Well worth the money.
