About the Author Faustino López Requena was born in Spain, Madrid, the 29th of December in 1950. Married to María del Consuelo López. Both are parents of five children. He's gotten his PhD on Philosofy and Sciences of Education by the University Complutense of Madrid, and is the historian of the LDS Church in Spain, member of the Advisory Commission of Religious Freedom of the Ministry of Justice, and of the National Council of Public Affairs. Faustino López Requena, nació en Madrid, el 29 de diciembre de 1950. Está casado con María del Consuelo Alcalá, y ambos son padres de cinco hijos. Doctor en Filosofía y Ciencias de la Educación por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, es el Historiador de la Iglesia SUD en España, Vocal de la Comisión Asesora de Libertad Religiosa del Ministerio de Justicia, y miembro del Consejo Nacional de Asuntos Públicos.

Todo aquel interesado en conocer la realidad de la Iglesia de los Mormones y su historia en España debería leer este libro. El Dr. Faustino López hace un trabajo excelente. La calidad y el rigor de los contenidos es excelente.Yo conozco personalmente al Dr. López y puedo decir que además de ser un educador como muy pocos, es además una de las personas más íntegras, honradas y buenas que hoy caminan por este mundo. Es un gran ejemplo como padre, amigo, educador y discípulo verdadero de Cristo. Gracias por este trabajo excepcional, Faustino!
